The Boca Raton Innovation Campus receives greenlight for mixed-use community rezone

CP Group, alongside its co-owners Rialto, DRA Advisors, and Las Olas Capital Advisors, have successfully obtained rezoning permissions after a persistent campaign of over five years. This rezoning paves the way for the construction of a vibrant mixed-use community.

The project envisions the addition of 1,243 residential units, a 140-bed hotel, medical office space, and a sizable retail component encompassing 125,000 square feet, which will include a 40,000-square-foot grocery store for convenience. Additionally, a 55,000-square-foot space is designated for entertainment purposes. The development will repurpose a currently underused parking area to support these new facilities.
