Situated at the base of the resort's Sorrento Tower, the 9,418-square-foot eatery will offer 317 seats, encompassing bar and lounge areas.

The restaurant's interior is crafted by David Collins Studio, based in London. Chef Michael White, renowned for his Michelin-starred Italian restaurants in New York, will oversee the culinary operations under the guidance of the hotel's executive chef, Paul Keyser.

White expressed that Mirabella is not only a homage to Italian cooking but also mirrors his own 25-year culinary journey, especially emphasizing the evolution of Italian cuisine in the U.S. Bryan O'Shields, Fontainebleau Development's Executive Vice President of Food and Beverage, praised White's dedication to quality and his hands-on approach in restaurant management.
