“The Lincoln captures the essence of Coconut Grove’s vibrant lifestyle, blending its rich artistic heritage and close-knit community with contemporary living,” said Javier Lluch, President of Element Development. “Situated in Miami’s oldest neighborhood, the property offers seamless access to lush parks, premier marinas, top-rated schools, and a host of cultural and culinary experiences. The Grove’s unique charm and family-friendly atmosphere make it a truly exceptional place to call home” A muse of tropical modernism, the project reflects the unique character of its surroundings. Miami-based Paredes Architects envisioned the building’s architecture, while Design Philosophy brought both creativity and functionality to residence interiors and communal spaces. The facade, designed by CITE Arquitetura of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, draws inspiration from The Grove’s lush banyan trees, with vertical contours evoking their towering trunks and root-like forms at the pedestrian level providing natural protection, framing views and ensuring privacy.

A curated palette of soft mauves, rich blues and neutral tones creates a serene atmosphere within the residences, complemented by black and white accents for a touch of glamour. Italian kitchens by Snaidero, plumbing fixtures by Brizo, and elegant Porcelanosa tiles provide the perfect blend of sophistication and timeless refinement, while Miele appliances ensure that form meets function.

The Lincoln’s boutique nature lends itself to a sense of community. Residents enter through a double-height lobby with a bespoke chandelier and sculptural fluted bronze glass wall. From there, a wood staircase leads to the mezzanine level, which offers amenities such as a golf simulator, event room, and theatre. At the rooftop oasis, a pool deck with Italian silver travertine, private cabanas, and summer kitchens provide a space that is peaceful yet perfect for hosting. The “Columpio” – which translates to “swing” in Spanish -- serves as a yoga pavilion, while colorful swing sets evoke a playful element.

Additional amenities include an owners’ lounge; a 2,133-square foot wellness center with hot and cold plunges, a sauna and a steam room; and a covered dog park and grooming room. The overall design prioritizes both luxury and practicality, ensuring residents have access to everyday conveniences while staying connected to the neighborhood.“Our vision for The Lincoln was to create a residential destination that blends Coconut Grove's authentic charm with innovation and elegance, positioning it at the forefront of the neighborhood’s evolution,” said Jorge Rucas, Director of U.S. Real Estate at LORE. “We sought to craft spaces that reflect the Grove’s rich history and lifestyle, offering an exceptional living experience that honors both its roots and its continued growth.”

Positioned in a walkable area, residents of The Lincoln can easily stroll to Cocowalk for high-end shopping; Michelin-recognized restaurants including Ariete and Los Félix; Sadelle’s for a savory brunch; or to Regatta Grove, a local favorite for cocktails overlooking the marina. With easy access to The Coconut Grove Metro Station, Coral Gables, Downtown, Miami Beach and the Miami International Airport, along with maritime activities, private clubs, and the best schools in town, it is an ideal location for families and professionals alike.

“Coconut Grove stands out as one of Miami’s most desirable neighborhoods, offering a harmonious mix of serene waterfront views, walkable streets, and a vibrant cultural scene,” said Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “The Lincoln perfectly complements this setting, presenting elegantly crafted residences that resonate with the neighborhood’s legacy of sophistication and charm. It’s an exceptional opportunity for discerning buyers seeking both modern luxury and a sense of connection to one of South Florida’s most iconic communities.”
