The Nashville skyline will soon add a radiant new addition with The Nashville EDITION, a 28-story tower that marries a five-star hotel and ultra-luxury residences. Tidal Real Estate Partners has officially unveiled a pre-sale website for The Residences at The Nashville EDITION, offering an early glimpse into this first-of-its-kind development ahead of a sales launch later in the spring. Rising in the heart of The Gulch—across from Asurion’s headquarters at 1110 Porter Street—the EDITION marks the Tennessee debut of the globally renowned EDITION Hotels brand. The Gulch has quickly become Nashville’s epicenter of upscale urban living - developed by Tidal Real Estate Partners in partnership with Marriott’s EDITION brand, the tower will stand 28 stories tall, adding a striking contemporary silhouette to the district’s skyline.
This first-to-market brand for Nashville is “celebrated for its sophisticated world-class hotels and record-setting residences in New York, West Hollywood, Miami Beach and other top destinations worldwide”, and its arrival will further elevate Nashville’s thriving hospitality culture.
With a newly launched website, official sales for the residences will commence later this spring. Pricing is expected to start around $1.6 million for the private homes. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, in tandem with local brokerage Corcoran Reverie, will be leading the charge.

Occupying the top 15 floors of the tower, The Residences at The Nashville EDITION represent a curated collection of just 84 ultra-luxury homes perched above the hotel. ESa’s contemporary design for the EDITION features a sleek glass façade and striking geometric forms at the base, ensuring the building is both modern and contextually tuned to its Gulch surroundings. Owners of these residences will enjoy an amenity package on par with the world’s finest resorts. In addition to having priority access to all the services of the Nashville EDITION hotel – from in-home dining (private room service delivered to your door) to preferred reservations at its restaurants and spa – residents also have their own exclusive facilities. Plans include a private fitness center outfitted with top-tier equipment and perhaps personal trainers on call, as well as a state-of-the-art golf simulator room.

The Nashville EDITION hotel will occupy the lower floors of the tower, and though many details are still unannounced, according to the developer’s plans, the hotel will feature approximately 282 guest rooms and an array of food and beverage venues – including a signature three-meal restaurant, a stylish lobby lounge, a rooftop bar with skyline views, a chic poolside bar, and potentially a 5,200-square-foot entertainment venue likely to host live music or special events.
