STOCK Residences, a luxury condominium division of Naples' STOCK Development, recently commenced the construction of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples, marking the first Ritz-Carlton-branded residences in the region. The inauguration event, held at 250 Center Street North, saw the attendance of over 100 key figures, including industry leaders, local officials, and prominent realtors, celebrating with a champagne toast and brunch. This significant project is a collaboration involving CGHJ Architects, Cristian Pinedo, an internationally acclaimed interior architect, Booth Design Group for landscape architecture, and J.R. Evans Engineering, with Suffolk Construction as the general contractor.
Prominent attendees at the groundbreaking included Robert Hall of CGHJ Architects, Pete Tuffo of Suffolk’s Florida Gulf Coast, Ayanna Wiggins from Marriott International, and local Collier County Commissioners. The event highlighted the strong market reception and the confidence consumers have in STOCK Development's vision for luxury living.
Brian Stock, CEO of STOCK Development, expressed immense pride in this milestone, noting the project's meticulous planning and the strong global interest it has garnered. Set between Vanderbilt Beach and Vanderbilt Lagoon, the development promises sophisticated Gulf-front living with 128 luxurious dwellings and penthouses across five boutique buildings, set for completion in 2026.
Already surpassing 50% in sales with $300 million in transactions, the development's allure lies in its exclusive features like beach access, concierge services, spacious homes, and extensive amenities managed by The Ritz-Carlton. The residences, ranging from three to five bedrooms, will feature lavish terraces, high-end kitchens and baths, premium appliances, and private elevator access, with prices starting at $3.7 million.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples, will boast a plethora of unique amenities, including a 22-slip marina, a park with walking trails, and The Vanderbilt Club - a 28,000-square-foot facility with luxurious facilities like a private restaurant, fitness center, and spa. Additionally, the project includes rooftop lounges, a kids’ room, a teen room with a Formula 1 simulator, and a private theater, alongside outdoor features like pools, cabanas, and fire pits. Its location between Naples' two Ritz-Carlton hotels adds to its desirability.
