Related Group and Integra Investments, in collaboration with renowned architectural and design firms, are advancing their luxury condominium project, the St. Regis Residences, in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. The development, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and featuring interior design by Rockwell Group, will stand as a 48-story tower offering 152 residential units.
The project includes more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities and has already received unanimous support from the city's Urban Development Review Board. A special highlight of the development is the partnership with Michelin Star Chef Fabio Trabocchi, who will lead the culinary experiences at the Residences, including a new restaurant concept.
The St. Regis Residences, located at 1809 Brickell Ave., is set to become a cornerstone of luxury living in the area, with lavish amenities such as a holistic wellness center, yoga studio, and various exclusive services. The tower will feature a range of residences from two to six bedrooms, each equipped with high-end finishes and appliances, offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Brickell skyline.
The project, over 50% reserved, is transitioning from reservations to contracts, with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty as the exclusive sales and marketing partner.
The Residences aim to offer a new standard in resort-inspired living in South Florida, embodying the historic five-star services of the St. Regis brand. This venture continues the legacy of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, known for its ultra-luxurious accommodations and sophisticated lifestyle offerings, and reinforces Related Group's commitment to surpassing the expectations of high-net-worth buyers.
