The Estates at Acqualina is a new luxury condominium development in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
The development will consist of two towers, each with 66 stories, and will offer a total of 900 units.
The development will also include a variety of amenities, such as a private beach club, an ice skating rink, a fitness center, a spa, a movie theater, a bowling alley, and much more.
The Estates at Acqualina, located at 17885 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, began construction in 2019 and are scheduled to be completed in 2024.
