Ultra-luxury Italian carmaker Pagani plans its Nashville debut with a new showroom at Prime Apartments

Ultra-luxury Italian carmaker Pagani is set to open a showroom in downtown Nashville, marking its first location in Tennessee. The dealership will be located on the ground floor of Giarratana’s Prime apartment tower on Church Street, a recently completed high-rise that added 350 apartments to the city's skyline.

The showroom will be operated by Vincent Golde, who previously owned Pagani Beverly Hills and Pagani Newport Beach — two of the brand’s most prominent U.S. locations.

Founded in 1992 by Horacio Pagani, the Italian manufacturer produces fewer than 100 vehicles per year, with models like the Huayra, Utopia, and Zonda HP Barchetta priced between $2 million and $17.5 million. The brand first entered the U.S. market in 2013 and maintains a highly selective presence, with showrooms in cities such as Miami, San Francisco, Dallas, and Greenwich, Connecticut.

Prime, developed by Tony Giarratana, opened in late 2023 and features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments situated above a 13-level parking podium. The tower also includes 12 two-story townhomes on its top floor — a first for Music City.
