The announcement has generated significant interest, with tours for prospective buyers already underway. Trevor Cross, president of West Harpeth Partners, expressed excitement about the project's reception and anticipates quick action on the limited number of homesites. Despite challenges in the Nashville building market, such as prolonged approval times for new developments, the demand for luxury living continues to grow, underscoring the robust appetite for high-end residential properties in the area.
