Yakol Capital is also gearing up to launch pre-construction sales for House, by Shigeru Ban, a 320-unit condominium planned for 237 N.E. 54th Street in Upper Buena Vista. Designed by the renowned Japanese architect Shigeru Ban, the project offers a unique blend of design and affordability, with units starting in the $300,000s and averaging about $1,100 per square foot.

The 1.16-acre site was assembled for $6.57 million in 2023 through affiliate Toussaint Ateliers Residences. Pre-sales are expected to begin by April or May 2025, marking another milestone for Yakol Capital's innovative developments.

“We have selected extremely qualified, innovative architects, designers, contractors, and experts to reimagine the lifestyle we envision for areas of our city that hold immense potential for environmental enhancement,” said William Jacome, Managing Partner at Yakol Capital. “This project aims to create walkable neighborhoods that elevate the quality of life for both residents and visitors.”

This acquisition aligns with Yakol Capital’s broader mission to deliver forward-thinking projects that enrich Miami’s urban landscape.
